The authenticated workflow targets only the signed-in account and reports the backend's current state. Email support remains available if you lost access, but you should not send voter-file rows, survey answers, or sensitive field notes.
What the request covers

Campaign records may be separate
Doorstep events, approved survey responses, opt-outs, assignment history, imports, exports, and audit events may be records controlled by the customer organization rather than the user's personal account. They may need to remain for campaign operations, source-license duties, fraud and security prevention, disputes, election-law compliance, or other legal obligations.
Where feasible, retained records are separated from the deleted login profile and limited to the fields and retention period required for that purpose. KnockList does not turn retained records into advertising profiles or make them available to unrelated campaigns. We will identify the relevant organization when a request must also be directed to that organization.
Before deleting
- Sync or report any pending offline work so it is not unintentionally lost.
- If you are an organization owner, transfer ownership and billing responsibility.
- Download personal information you are entitled to receive, if needed.
- Cancel any separate organization contract according to its order form; deleting a user account does not automatically cancel the organization's subscription.
